Marshall Burton Joins the Denver Office of Opus Development Corporation as Senior Vice President and General Manager

DENVER, Colo. - Opus Development Corporation announced today that Marshall Burton has joined the Denver office as Senior Vice President and General Manager.

Burton will be responsible for managing operations and seeking new development and third-party construction opportunities in all product types in Denver and the Western region. Recently, the Denver office relocated to an office space in the Denver Tech Center to better align with growth areas in the Denver market.

Burton has more than 20 years of commercial real estate industry experience and previously held positions at McWhinney and was head of the Denver operations of Opus Northwest, L.L.C. Marshall’s development experience in the Denver area includes the Environmental Protection Agency Region 6 Headquarters, office and residences at 1400 Wewatta, and the Federal Department of Transportation headquarters.

Marshall is the current president of the Denver chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
