As Client Services Manager, Meagan manages the design-build client experience from beginning to end and the development of the Client Direct Services business. She ensures communication and cooperation between everyone involved and is taking Building for You to the next level.

How will you provide even better service to our clients on the design-build side?
With this new role, I will help keep the team client-focused and consistently improving the client experience. Fostering deeper relationships and building trust with our clients will help to create stronger lines of communication and maximize client satisfaction and engagement.
What can clients expect when working with Opus?
Our founder, Gerry Rauenhorst, made a commitment to complete projects on time and on budget. To this day, we embrace a culture of honesty and integrity, and we will continue to reinforce that in everything we do.
What are you most excited to take on in this new role?
I am energized to build support for our organizational growth, working to expand and implement client service strategies that will provide a positive experience. I am also extremely excited to work with everyone across the organization to improve and enhance our client experience.

Meagan has more than 18 years of commercial construction and design experience. In both her design and construction experience she has taken on the lead role managing projects and has experience in the institutional, office, industrial and residential sectors. She originally joined Opus in 2005, working with the architecture and engineering group and then transferred to the construction side of the business. Prior to rejoining Opus in 2020, Meagan spent a decade in the telecommunications industry, focusing on leasing and real estate entitlement.
