The Opus Group (Opus) today announced that Anne Marie Solberg has been promoted to senior associate general counsel and Shanna Strowbridge has joined the company as associate general counsel.
With more than 27 years of experience in real estate and construction law, Solberg has provided key legal support to Opus' business teams for more than 12 years. She was previously an attorney in private practice with Briggs & Morgan (now Taft), Parsinen Kaplan Rosberg & Gotlieb (now Barnes & Thornburg), and Oppenheimer (now Fox Rothschild). She earned a law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota.

Strowbridge has been a real estate and construction lawyer in the Minneapolis market for more than 22 years and has extensive experience as both outside and in-house counsel. She previously led the legal team at Schafer Richardson and served as associate general counsel with CSM Corporation. She was also a shareholder at both Moss & Barnett and Monroe Moxness Berg and an attorney with Winthrop & Weinstine. She has a law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a bachelor's degree in History and English from the University of Minnesota.
