ArborBLU, a 13-story luxury student housing project, will bring an amenity-rich living environment to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Opening in time for the fall 2015 semester, ArborBLU is being built on top of the existing Pizza House restaurant, a popular destination in the neighborhood.
