Our project management team’s professionalism, experience and knowledge of our unique design-build model has allowed us to deliver our client’s vision on many projects. We generally receive compliments from our clients, so it was a nice change of pace to receive the following letter from a supplier on our Ivy on Fourteenth and Varsity Quarters student housing projects in Milwaukee and Madison, Wisc., respectively.
I just wanted to take time to express my sincere gratitude in helping you with your projects these past six months on Ivy in Milwaukee and Varsity in Madison.
The professionalism of your staff and company far exceeds other design-build companies that I have worked with in the past. I want to especially thank Annika and Chris, project managers on these two jobs. They were both a pleasure to work with in handling these projects. One other item that is a great asset to your company is that you have your own engineering staff that we could call on and get answers in a timely fashion.
We are not accustomed to this type of quick turnaround response from engineers. Most other contractors rely on some independent engineering firm and they sometimes take days to respond.
