Brian joined Opus in 2016 and has more than 20 years of commercial real estate and healthcare real estate experience. He has engaged senior leadership of the nation’s top healthcare systems on key issues involving real estate, capital planning, population health strategies and ambulatory service line expansion. He brings to Opus an extensive network and strong expertise in healthcare development.
Most recently, Brian was vice president, business development, for a national healthcare and commercial developer based in Milwaukee, and prior to that he worked for HSA PrimeCare in Chicago and Marcus & Millichap in Milwaukee and Chicago.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate and urban development from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Illinois Hospital Association, Wisconsin Hospital Association, Iowa Hospital Association and the Minnesota Hospital Association.
Most recently, Peter was group manager of corporate real estate for Target Corporation, focused on office and industrial properties on a global basis. Prior to that, he was at Buchanan Street Partners, where he structured equity and debt placement for Buchanan’s value-add and opportunistic funds. He began his real estate career as a tenant representative with Cassidy Turley.
Peter holds a Masters of Science in real estate finance and investment from New York University and Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of California, Davis.
Bob has over 30 years of construction management experience and has dedicated his career to serving healthcare clients. He has expertise in managing the design and construction of healthcare projects on greenfield sites and in occupied healthcare facilities.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the Twin City Healthcare Engineers Association, American Society for Healthcare Engineering, American Society of Civil Engineers and U.S. Green Building Council.
