Greg is responsible for day-to-day on-site activities, including the coordination of sub-contracted work, self-performed work, material and equipment procurement, jobsite safety programs, quality assurance, scheduling and site management. Greg is also responsible for government-related inspections and compliances, site storm-water management and disruption avoidance plans when necessary.
Greg has extensive experience in commercial, industrial, institutional and residential construction and has served as superintendent on numerous Opus projects. Greg has also served as Chairman of the Safety Committee providing oversight to Minneapolis construction operations. He is a member of the Design-Build Institute of America, the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota and the United States Green Building Council.
