Kristin Ridley

Kristin manages strategic grant making for the Opus Foundation, working to deliver philanthropic impact across all Opus communities. Her responsibilities include advancing community involvement initiatives, fostering partnerships with high-quality nonprofit organizations and promoting meaningful associate engagement opportunities.

Kristin has over 10 years of experience working in corporate giving and community relations. She has also worked for several nonprofit organizations in program management and evaluation, strategic planning, volunteer recruitment, fundraising and direct service. 

Kristin holds a Master’s of Art in human services planning and administration from Mankato State University and a Bachelors of Art in social work from St. Cloud State University.
