With a focus on Building Community where associates, live, work and play, the Opus Foundation recently wrapped up an Impact Fund grant cycle, awarding more than $640,000 to 18 nonprofits supporting youth development, early childhood education, workforce development and community revitalization.
St. Louis-based Youth Learning Center received a $33,500 grant to support the organization’s afterschool program, and Phoenix’s New Pathways for Youth received a $35,100 grant to support a curriculum redesign and development.

- Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver,
- Colorado Construction Institute,
- Denver Urban Scholars,
- Children & Families of Iowa,
- Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City,
- Acts Community Development Corporation (Milwaukee),
- Children’s Outing Association (Milwaukee),
- CommonBond Communities (Minneapolis),
- Cookie Cart (Minneapolis),
- Cristo Rey Jesuit High School (Minneapolis),
- East Side Neighborhood Service Inc. (Minneapolis)
- Mayo Clinic Rochester,
- Summit Academy OIC (Minneapolis) and
- Diversity Leadership Alliance (Phoenix).
Additionally, the Opus Foundation awarded $191,000 in Opportunity Fund grants to nearly 50 organizations in the first half of the year. These grants range from $1,000 to $5,000 and are designed to provide a quick response to needs and opportunities in Opus communities.
