Opus Development Corporation Announces Lease of an Industrial Facility to Electrolux

CHICAGO, Ill. - Opus Development Corporation announced today that a long-term lease agreement has been signed with Electrolux Home Products, Inc. for 495,454-square-feet of space in Minooka Ridge II, located in the I-80 corridor at 801 Midpoint Road, Minooka, Ill.

Electrolux will lease approximately 50 percent of the 965,000-square-foot building, completed in 2008, and is slated to move into the facility in this month. A leader in household and professional appliances, the company will move its home products group to Minooka Ridge II.

Electrolux was represented by Chris Wood, Anthony Burns and Jordan Decker of Equis and the building owner was represented by Jim Estus of Colliers International.
