We have a long tradition of serving the communities where we work, through grants from the Opus Foundation and hours volunteering for various organizations in our communities. I am happy to announce that we will continue that tradition by partnering with the United Way in all of our offices to celebrate our United Way campaign with a week full of fundraising and volunteer activities.
During last year’s United Way campaign, we raised a total of $73,517. I am excited about the opportunity we have in front of us to do even more for the communities in which we live and work. This year, we have set three goals:
- exceed the 2012 campaign total,
- increase participation in United Way sponsored volunteer opportunities and
- have fun and get to know more of our coworkers!
From now through Friday, my coworkers and I will learn that together we can make a difference through various fundraising and volunteer activities.
