Opus Brings Luxury Living to Downtown Portland
Located in the Cultural District of downtown Portland, Ore., Ladd Tower is a mixed-use residential construction project.
With a strong portfolio in the residential sector, the Opus team developed this 23-story luxury apartment development featuring 332 units ranging in size from 540-square-foot urban studios to 1,600-square-foot two-bedroom units.
This downtown site is also home to First Christian Church and the Ladd Carriage House. Maintaining the integrity of the site, which included keeping the historic Carriage House onsite, was very important to the Opus team as they worked on this project. Steps from Ladd Tower are the Portland Art Museum, Oregon Historical Society and the Performing Arts Center.
