Strong Demand Sparks Spec Development in Southeastern Wisconsin

​With the bustling cities of Chicago and Milwaukee only a short drive away via Interstate 94, Mount Pleasant, Wis., is a prime location for businesses requiring quick access to large metro areas. With low vacancy rates confirming a strong demand for industrial space, Opus Development Company, L.L.C., moved on the opportunity to bring needed square footage to the area.

In addition to being able to accommodate single- and multi-tenant occupancy, the Mount Pleasant spec industrial building will provide 155,844 square feet of space and strong freeway visibility. Specific project features include:
