Opus Develops Premier Location in Southwest Minneapolis Suburban Market

With a residential explosion nearby, the location where Highway 212 and County Road 10/Engler Boulevard meet in Chaska, Minn., is considered a prime location for development in the southwest Minneapolis suburban area. Amidst a tightening commercial real estate market in the vicinity, Opus began development of an 83-acre site on the southwest corner of the intersection.

The Opus masterplanned development includes up to 320,000 square feet of industrial space, 200,000 square feet of office space and 90,000 square feet of grocery-anchored retail space. Proximity to major arterial roadways and a unique combination of commercial uses position this site to satisfy demand for space in this area of the southwestern Twin Cities market. With Chaska Creek running through it and extensive walking trails connecting to the regional trail system, the development will be as attractive as it is convenient.
