Opus to Deliver Two Spec Industrial Buildings in One of Colorado’s Fastest Growing Regions

Opus' team of development, design and construction experts are bringing two Class A speculative industrial buildings totaling 219,000 square feet to Englewood, Colo.

The Ridge at Dove Valley is located in Arapahoe County, one of Colorado's fastest growing regions with more than 650,000 residents. That number is projected to increase to 800,000 by 2030. The Ridge at Dove Valley is in Denver's third largest industrial submarket and is home to six Fortune 500 companies. It is at a crossroads of major highways and served by I-25, I-225, Colorado 470, and E-470, allowing for easy access to Denver International Airport, Centennial Airport and downtown Denver.

One of buildings will be 102,877-square-feet and the other building will be 116,524-square-feet, both designed to meet the needs of a variety of tenant sizes and types. They will feature extensive glass on the front and architectural design elements that enhance the campus feel of the park.

The Ridge at Dove Valley will help fulfill market demands, compliment the continued growth of Denver's southeast industrial market, strengthen business economics in Englewood and bring long-term value to the community. 

The Ridge at Dove Valley is scheduled for completion in May 2022.
