Opus partnered with real estate investment company, Amstar, to bring this high-rise luxury apartment development to downtown Denver.

Located in a desirable neighborhood, the 10-story building known as Verve offers close proximity to Union Station, Cherry Creek Trail and the popular LoDo District and LoHi neighborhoods. This transit-oriented development pairs convenience with public transit options, including the city’s trail system. It also offers close proximity to restaurants, retail, entertainment and other urban amenities.

The 285-unit, 428,000-square-foot luxury apartment building features 4,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level. Luxurious building amenities will include:

a mezzanine with kitchen and
