As Senior Project Manager, Rick leads project teams of architects, engineers and subcontractors to deliver integrated design-build services on projects across multiple sectors, including office, institutional and retail. He oversees all aspects of construction projects from schematic design, budgeting, scheduling and contracts through completion.
Prior to joining Opus, Rick has been involved in developing a variety of projects, including over 1.1 million square feet of retail, 100,000 square feet of office and 60,000 square feet of hospitality. He has a Bachelor of Science in construction engineering from Iowa State University.
