Roger is responsible for the day-to-day on-site field management of assigned projects. He coordinates the work of subcontractors, monitors schedules and quality assurance and administers jobsite safety programs.
Roger has been with Opus for nearly five years and has over 30 years of industry experience in commercial and residential tenant improvements and remodels. He has the unique experience of being the foreman and higher supervisory roles for general contractors and subcontractors.
Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. He has undergone OSHA 30-hour training and is certified in Infectious Control Risk Assessment (ICRA). Roger is a member of Carpenters Local Union 322.
