With a fast-growing business, Renewal by Andersen needed to expand their manufacturing, warehouse and office space in Cottage Grove, Minn. They chose our
integrated design-build model to deliver the expansion to their facility.
Renewal is growing; the Value Add Center gives them much needed space for storage, sequencing and manufacturing along with office space and an employee training and development center. This new facility will free up space in their existing facility and allow for future line expansions.
