Provides day-to-day jobsite management, including overseeing other field supervisory team members
Maintains and reinforces safety programs on the project
Monitors progress schedule and construction activities to ensure the project progresses safely, meets schedule requirements and satisfies established quality standards
Frequently reviews subcontractor work to verify it is performed safely and conforms with project contract requirements
Verifies construction of the project conforms to governmental requirements, the project plans and specifications and the project contract requirements
Actively promotes and supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment on project
