Experience

Shane began his career in the construction industry in 2017 and joined Opus in 2023. Since joining, he has contributed to projects totaling over 1.2 million square feet, including multifamily and industrial developments. Notably, Shane played a key role in the successful delivery of the 250-unit Corsa Apartments and the 1.03 million square foot I-80 Business Center.

Shane’s strengths in conflict resolution and people management have been instrumental in his project work. On the Corsa Apartments project, he managed the final owners punch list, creating and tracking the list to ensure subcontractors addressed items quickly. Through this approach, Shane and the team delivered the project three weeks ahead of schedule, exceeding client expectations.

He brings added value to every project by proactively addressing challenges and supporting team cohesion. On the Corsa Apartments project, he anticipated inspection hurdles and took the initiative to guide subcontractors through the city’s requirements, helping the team move efficiently through inspections and maintain the project schedule.

Shane’s approachable style and focus on relationship building foster trust and collaboration, ensuring that everyone works together toward shared goals.
