Renishaw North American Headquarters

Renishaw specializes in creating and using high-precision measurement instrumentation that require very specific environmental requirements. For example, some spaces require a controlled climate to within half a degree of temperature and humidity. We worked closely with Renishaw to identify optimal solutions for every space within the new facility – an invaluable benefit of the design-build process for Renishaw.

As the North American headquarters, the building houses a central IT hub for all North American operations, providing customers with direct support and product services. The building features a 27,000-square-foot flexible training, fabrication and demonstration space that allows Renishaw to offer a unique client experience. Additionally, it has an open, two-story windowed exhibit hall where clients can take a tour, see products and equipment up close and look directly into the laboratories. Additionally, a nature preserve and nearby golf course provides convenient access to outdoor amenities and great views.

With an eye toward the future, the site can accommodate expansion to support Renishaw's ongoing growth.
