Fostering a values driven culture is a journey of continuous improvement, and we're taking meaningful actions on that path.
Associate Resource & Engagement Groups
Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) are voluntary, associate-led collaborations that are formally supported by the organization. They are created based on similar identities, interests or backgrounds to provide opportunities to network, develop and create a more inclusive workplace.
Additionally, we support Associate Engagement Groups (AEGs) that provide engagement opportunities focused on specific priorities. For example, Opus GREENteam focuses on sustainability and wellness and Opus Volunteer Council focuses on volunteerism.
Associate Recruitment & Hiring
We've enhanced and expanded our recruitment and hiring process to extend our reach and engage talent beyond our existing networks. We're also working to expand access and exposure to opportunities within our industry. Our hiring process is grounded in best practices, with a commitment to fostering a values driven culture. And we're continually evaluating and improving our hiring and onboarding experience for all new associates.
Vendor Recruitment & Hiring
We're always working to expand the reach of our supply chain. This includes but is not limited to listening to subcontractors, vendors and suppliers who are emerging businesses in the industry to understand how their organizations operate and identify how we can best work together. We're also looking at the processes, practices and technology we used to interact with our vendors to ensure alignment with our intentions.
Policy & Practice Equity
We regularly inspect and evolve our internal policies, programs and practices with a cultural lens to ensure they exemplify our values, are equitable and enhance belonging.
Education & Culture Building
Education drives awareness, which drives action. We're supporting a values driven culture by making available a thoughtful portfolio of education and development opportunities for all associates to choose from.
External Community Building
We have a long-standing commitment to philanthropy. Our value driven culture work includes continued and expanding participation in industry and community organizations to both learn and make meaningful impact.
