Responsibilities

  • Leads the marketing and brand team to deliver an exceptional brand experience and integrated marketing strategies that create value for our clients, partners, communities and associates, and ultimately drive business results via brand awareness, engagement and advocacy
  • Accountable for marketing, corporate and employer brand, business development support, external and internal communications, public and media relations, customer and market intelligence and graphic design
  • Drives associate engagement, retention and culture through impactful organizational and leadership communications
  • Directs our values driven culture strategies and efforts at the enterprise level in collaboration with our Chief Human Resources Officer

Experience

Kim joined our team in 2015. She began her business and marketing career in 1996. Previously, Kim held senior leadership and strategic marketing or customer experience roles at Polaris Industries, Jostens and MoneyGram International.
