Peter Carlsen

Superintendent

Opus Design Build, L.L.C.

As Superintendent, Peter manages daily on-site construction operations, safety, schedule and quality control from pre-construction activities through completion and activation. He has experience with multifamily, industrial and institutional projects.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and has undergone OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour training.
