Luxury living hit new heights in downtown Minneapolis today as 365 Nicollet has topped out! This milestone was recognized with a beam raising and lunch for the many people who have made this project possible so far.
365 Nicollet will fit 370 apartment units, luxurious amenities and 10,000 square feet of retail space into its 30 stories and will welcome the first residents in September 2018. The building was designed to meet LEED certification. It was also featured in The Design Issue of Multi-Housing News as one of "10 compelling designs in multifamily housing today" and in Finance & Commerce's "Many Projects to Watch in 2017" article.
Some interesting facts and highlights about the project so far:
- Our construction team has poured 31,591.75 cubic yards of concrete.
- So far, our field employees have put in 138,220 total hours with 79% of that time spent on concrete structure work.
- The first concrete deck pour was on January 12, 2017 with the last pour on November 22, 2017.
- The building is enclosed to level 20.
