Arbor Lakes Corporate Center has won the ACEC/Minnesota Grand Award for Site Remediation and Hazardous Waste Treatment.
ACEC/Minnesota “has been recognizing outstanding engineering projects through the Engineering Excellence Awards" for more than 50 years. These awards recognize Minnesota engineering firms “for the work they have done to make the state stronger."
In cooperation with Inland Development Partners, we developed, designed and constructed this 204,120-square-foot, state-of-the-art speculative industrial building in Maple Grove.
The site was formerly the Hilger Transfer Station and underwent environmental remediation to fully remove all landfill and potential pollutants.
