Opus Time Lapse: Proxi Lawrence Completion

With limited student living options near the University of Kansas, we leveraged our student living expertise by developing, designing and building a highly-amenitized luxury building near the campus in Lawrence, Kansas.

The three-story building features 312 beds, 8,200 square feet of ground level retail space and high-quality amenities, including:

• pool, fire pits and gas grills
• large outdoor fitness area
• club room and game room
• private and group study rooms
• dedicated podcasting booth

The development includes a bike oasis on the southern end of the property that connects to trails that run straight to campus. An adjacent bus stop was improved as part of the development of this site.
