This year's holiday card celebrates Building Futures, a 2020 finalist for the Gerry Rauenhorst Building Community Award and winner of the 2018 St. Louis Council Construction Consumers' Inclusion Advocacy Award.
Launched in 2012, Building Futures is the only design-build workshop for children and young adults in Missouri.
Their mission is to cultivate the skills, experience and professional network that young people need to excel in the 21st century. Their students develop a love for design, hands-on building and teamwork by participating in Saturday and summer workshops, project-based STEAM classes (Pre-K to 12th grade) and, coming soon, a mentoring program designed to launch program alums into professional careers.
