Meeting Client Needs: Project Delivery on Your Schedule

8/13/2014

Since June 2010, we’ve been awarded contracts to build nine corporate headquarters and office buildings across the country, for companies such as Church & Dwight Co., Inc.; CSG Systems International, Inc.; Xcel Energy; The Gavilon Group, LLC and Generali USA. Ranging across industries – consumer goods, healthcare technology and business support solutions – Opus’ integrated team of experts has collaborated with clients to realize their unique real estate ideas.

Company growth, a shift in business objectives and a technology-minded generation entering the workforce are fueling the need for more office space. Executives and their employees are looking for innovative designs, collaborative work spaces, natural light-filled environments and cutting-edge technology to increase productivity, engagement and satisfaction.

For clients, our proven design-build model translates to certainty of delivery on accelerated timelines. With all key disciplines housed under one roof, we are an integrated team that collaborates – both as a team and with the customer – and mobilize quickly.

For Church & Dwight Co., Inc. this meant partnering with Opus to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions that enabled the company to keep its corporate headquarters in New Jersey. Working as partners, the team:

  • introduced a personalized design that relocated employees into one collaborative environment consistent with Church & Dwight’s corporate culture;
  • leveraged a convenient location in an established office park and
  • invested in the future of the community, keeping jobs in state and creating new construction jobs.

Opus gave us a customized design that met our budget and honored our commitment to keep our corporate headquarters in state.
