Opus’ North Washington Commerce Center industrial development in Thornton, Colorado (Denver)

Construction is underway on a 151,200-square-foot industrial building located in Thornton, Colo.

Providing close proximity and easy access to greater Denver, this building is the first phase of North Washington Commerce Center, a multitenant park located at the southeast corner of 128th Avenue and Washington Street in Thornton that will offer a variety of sizes, clear height and loading options.

This industrial park will be an attractive offering given its proximity to I-25 with multiple access points, walking distance to light rail at Eastlake Station and excellent retail amenities in the immediate area. This speculative building can be tailored to the end-user's business needs. Located immediately north of downtown and just east of Interstate 25, the first phase will offer 24 dock positions (expandable to 26), six drive-in doors and 303 parking stalls. The first building is slated for completion in summer 2019.

We are the developer, design-builder, and architect and engineer of record.
