Opus Time Lapse: Midwest Transportation Center Spec Development Completion

More about this project
With demand for industrial space in southeastern Wisconsin, we developed and built a 279,872-square-foot modern speculative industrial building in Kenosha, Wisc.

Midwest Transportation Center provides easy access to a trifecta of transportation options: truck, air or rail. The Center is only three miles from the I-94/Hwy 50 interchange, 48 minutes from Chicago O'Hare International Airport, 35 minutes from Milwaukee's Mitchell International Airport and five minutes from the Kenosha Regional Airport. Both Canadian Pacific and Union Pacific have rail lines within blocks of the site.

The building features:

  • 28 rear-load dock doors expandable to 44
  • two drive-in doors
  • 60 dedicated trailer parking stalls
  • parking for 199 vehicles
