
Responsibilities
- Executes the acquisition, development, leasing and marketing and obtains necessary jurisdictional permits and approvals
- Assists with the selection, negotiation and purchasing of land
- Performs appropriate market, site feasibility and end-use analysis and coordinates due diligence and financial pro-forma modeling and analysis with design-build and architecture associates
- Engages with brokers, end users, community leaders and other stakeholders to develop concepts for the right project for the market
- Coordinates and monitors design, project management and construction, including schedules and budgets and regularly visits project site
- Leverages project-type expertise to provide input on and implement real estate development and acquisition strategy
Experience
Ben joined the industry in 2023 and our team in 2024. Previously, he was a Financial Analyst in Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Advisory Group and a Project Manager for Dillon Construction Services. He specializes in industrial spaces from 25,000 square feet and up.
Ben completed six years of Active-Duty service as a Reconnaissance Officer – traveling to 19 countries and living in five states during that time.
Upon leaving the Army, Ben worked in Commercial Construction, starting as a laborer and working up to project management roles in Dillon Construction Services, specializing in historical restoration and preservation in the Southeast.
Ben is a proactive and collaborative leader with an ability to work under pressure. Through his military service, education and professional work experience, he has honed and showcased many valuable skills.
Outside the office, Ben’s interests include photography, cars, Formula 1, travel, cooking and golf.
