Experience
Chris joined the industry in 2008 and spent over four years gaining experience with Comfort System USA SW as a Project Manager before joining us in 2015. His primary focus with us has included speculative industrial buildings, ranging from 66,000 toβ 540,000 square feet in the Phoenix market. Additionally, he has completed single and multi-building projects as well as various tenant improvements within those projects. To date, Chris has managed the construction of seven industrial buildings totaling approximately two million square feet with another 500,000 square feet in tenant improvements, totaling over $106 million in work.
Capitalizing on his skill set, Chris' adaptability and resourceful nature provided his team an advantage during the pandemic. Recognizing how the pandemic may affect the global market on trade, Chris requested that all subcontractors pre-purchase their materials to ensure there were no project delays due to lack of material resources. This foresight and decision-making maneuver was what led the project to a successful result while remaining on schedule when compared to other local projects.
Chris has repeatedly been complimented by both clients and team members on his patient demeanor and personable, professional approach to projects. This attitude has helped drive successful business relationships with subcontractors and building managers, ensuring projects are built out per the specifications of the client.
When away from the office, you can find Chris out on the course, as he is an avid disc golf player who has been playing since 2004. He also has a passion for wood working, but most importantly, enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
