Experience
Dave has worked in our sales and finance department since 1999. He has managed the financing and sale of over $8 billion in commercial real estate throughout the country with over 350 separately closed transactions. Prior to joining Opus, Dave worked on acquisitions of Midwest and West Coast properties for the Minneapolis office of First Industrial Realty Trust.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys traveling with family and heading wherever the fish are biting.
