Connecting construction associates with the processes, technologies, safety protocols and information they need to deliver Opus projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provides management oversight in the areas of safety, technology, learning, change leadership and administrative processes for Opus Construction team members across all markets
  • Promotes the Opus safety culture through regular communication, engagement and collaboration
  • Encourages a culture of learning that equips associates with the information and knowledge they need to manage their projects and supports associates through changing business practices
  • Engages in cross-functional collaboration among our construction team and other Opus groups

Experience

Jeff has been engaged in design-build project management with Opus since 1989 and has led construction operations since 2012.
