Build-to-Suit Proves Successful Under Project Timeline Pressure
Faced with an aggressive timeline from Nissan North America, Inc., (NNA) our design-build team began construction on a new build-to-suit distribution facility for the company in April 2009 and completed construction ahead of schedule in March 2010.
Our years of expertise in construction project management allowed us to address potential issues and continue on schedule. Throughout construction, we worked closely with NNA to adjust priorities and make critical areas available when needed to ensure installations were completed on time.
