Kevin Curley began his career in real estate development in 2017 and joined Opus in 2025. Over the course of his career Kevin has played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of over 5,811 multifamily units, representing over $1.16 billion in total capitalization. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from initial site selection through to asset disposition, with a focus on the Southwest region, including Arizona and Nevada.
Demonstrating strong leadership and a collaborative approach, Kevin has guided teams through challenging entitlement and design phases while fostering open communication and innovative problem solving. His ability to build relationships and drive consensus has been instrumental in achieving project goals and adding measurable value.
