Experience
Mark Kunkel began his investment career in 1997 and joined us in 2026. He has more than 25 years of experience investing and structuring debt and equity capital across the U.S. Over his career, Mark has managed the acquisition, financing and disposition of more than $3 billion in investments led portfolio management for more than 12 million square feet and managed investor relationships spanning high net worth individuals to public pensions.
Mark’s leadership and expertise in fund management and structuring investment vehicles as well as his deep industry relationships help accelerate our platform’s growth and capital formation strategies.
