Mike Robinson

Responsibilities

  • Identifies, secures and develops project opportunities in assigned markets
  • Evaluates land selection and determines financial feasibility of proposed projects
  • Coordinates with internal teams and provides leadership/coaching to direct reports

Experience

Mike began his career in commercial real estate in 1996 and joined us in 2016. His portfolio includes over 20 million square feet of developed and acquired industrial buildings. He has also contributed to the leasing of over 30 million square feet in industrial buildings. His impact is most commonly found in the Chicago, southeast Wisconsin, northwest Indiana and Michigan markets. Mike focuses on thoroughly understanding the markets where we have developments to ensure the most successful outcomes for all stakeholders involved.

While away from the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, including vacationing and attending his children's sports or activities. He's also an avid Chicago sports fan and likes to attend Cubs, Bears, Bulls and Marquette games.
