Responsibilities
- Develops national capital markets capability and sources capital for development opportunities
- Works directly with investors to raise equity and expands capital markets reach
- Leads Joint Venture structuring and negotiates pertinent agreements
Experience
Scott began his career in 2011 and joined our team in 2023. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Principal at Axial Real Estate Advisors, where he focused on leading the acquisition, partnership negotiations, and financing (loan structuring) of the firm’s real estate portfolio. During his tenure at Axial (formerly Dougherty Real Estate Equity Advisors), Scott played a key role in growing Axial’s assets under management to nearly $1 billion. Prior to Axial, Scott held positions at CBRE and JLL in various roles.
Scott’s background in real estate finance and partnership structuring enables him to creatively formulate win-win solutions for all project stakeholders.
