CDI chose us for the project based on a successful track record delivering similar build-to-suit corporate and manufacturing facilities, including the neighboring Bosch warehouse and distribution facility. Our one-team approach to design-build assured CDI certainty of outcome with regard to ease of the process, on-time delivery and budget.

The building includes a two-story office with abundant glass to draw in natural light and manufacturing and distribution space. The design includes a wide range of amenities to help retain and attract the company's growing workforce. It features:

• four dock doors
• 221 vehicle parking stalls
• two large training rooms
• catering kitchen and large two-story cafeteria with floor-to-ceiling windows
• outdoor patio and walking path around the 14-acre property
• air conditioning throughout the building, including the manufacturing area
• fitness room with lockers and showers
• prayer room
• bike room

The building was designed to accommodate overhead cranes that CDI uses in production and distribution.
