When it became evident they would not find a building that could meet their needs, CPC began working closely with our team worked closely with CPC to ensure that several unique usage requirements – office space, internal production area and outside storage and testing areas – were incorporated into the facility.

Our design-build approach and construction project management expertise also made the process easier for CPC since Opus took the lead on interactions with subcontractors, architects and regulatory bodies.

The rear load facility features state-of-the-art warehouse characteristics including:

• ESFR sprinklers
• 24-foot clear height
• a parking ratio of two per 1,000
• above standard electrical availability
