When a Twin Cities business needed a new office space for one of its growing divisions, they turned to our Client Direct Services group to deliver a tenant improvement on a building our team had previously developed, designed and constructed.

This project began like all of our projects do – team members listened carefully to the client's needs and goals for both the project and their business as a whole.
