Elgin Recycling

Our Client Direct Services group was selected by Elgin Recycling to build the company’s fifth Chicago-area recycling facility. The 52,174-square-foot building on 2.76 acres at 58 Center Drive in Gilberts, IL, is Elgin’s third building in the Turnberry Lakes Business Park, which is also home to their corporate office and a recycling center and metal yard.

Elgin Recycling chose our team for this project, in part, due to a referral from Chicago Logistics Service, who also leveraged our Client Direct Services group to design and construct their build-to-suit facility in West Dundee, IL.
