Opus Design Build, L.L.C. was the design builder. Construction began in May 2015 and work was complete in fall 2015. Initial tenants included Staging Concepts, SC Railing Company and UPS with tenant improvements completed by Opus Design Build, L.L.C.
The building is owned by a joint venture partnership between Opus Development Company and Founders Properties, L.L.C.
