Experience

George began his career with us in 2000 after joining the team as an intern in 1997. As Project Executive, he excels at thinking outside of the box to achieve client satisfaction, which he has been praised for by colleagues and clients alike.

His project management capabilities, problem solving skills and strong attention to detail proved helpful when George and his team were approached by an ownership group to evaluate an over-budget project designed by another firm. George led a team of architects and engineers to study suitable modifications, which resulted in the team providing several recommendations including: right sizing the foundations, modifying the electrical panels, reconfiguring window styles and sizes, using pre-manufactured balconies and more. These solutions and ingenuity not only brought the project in on budget without compromising its quality or desirability but resulted in the client choosing us to complete the project.

Building relationships with clients is important to George and he succeeds at being trustworthy and patient. Clients have expressed their appreciation for his willingness to work with them to explore a variety of options so they can feel confident in making the best-informed decisions for their project while also staying on schedule and on budget.

George's extensive experience has included work across multiple states, including Iowa, Idaho, Texas, Nebraska and Minnesota where he has had the opportunity to work on specialized projects such as a collegiate aquatic center (Luther College, Decorah, IA) and a collegiate athletic center and student center (University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN). He has also been directly involved in many multifamily projects totaling 648 units.

While George is away from the office, he prioritizes and enjoys traveling.
