While our development and construction efforts are largely focused on industrial and multifamily housing projects at present, we are opportunistic when it comes to properties and developments that offer a differentiated product in an advantaged location. Arcadia is one such example.

Arcadia is a striking six-story, Class A multi-tenant building with 115,000 square feet of rentable space, a glass façade, private outdoor terraces on each level and a large outdoor tenant gathering space. The development is located in Edina’s Grandview District, a pocket of Edina well positioned for redevelopment and visible from Highway 100 just south of Vernon Avenue. Upon completion, Arcadia will not only be home to our new headquarters, but it will showcase our innovative approach to design-build.
