- Manages risk/safety programs and ensures legal/regulatory compliance for the office

Nick began his commercial real estate career in 2009 and joined our team in 2010.
Nick is a highly skilled real estate developer with deep product knowledge. Leveraging his collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, he provides leadership and expertise across all project types.
Nick’s body of work speaks for itself. Before 2012, we hadn’t delivered an apartment building in Minnesota. Nick has been heavily involved in delivering nearly 2,000 units in Minnesota since then. Over the past 10 years, he has developed over 3,000 units of market-rate apartments across the upper Midwest and Mountain West. He also has experience in industrial, office and retail development and capital markets.
