Opus Bringing Speculative Industrial Development to Southwestern Twin Cities Submarket to Meet Continued Demand

Amidst continued strong demand, Opus is developing, designing and constructing another significant industrial development in the southwestern submarket of the Twin Cities.  Located with easy access to Highway 169 in Shakopee, Minn., the development will fulfill need in the market that has not had a lot of new product.

River Valley Business Park includes two adjacent speculative industrial buildings designed to serve the needs of a wide variety of tenants. The development comprises 51 acres. It is on the southwest corner of Highway 169 and Old Brick Yard Road at 3000 and 3050 Emery Way.

  • 74 dock doors
  • up to 413 auto parking stalls
 
Opus has developed more than two million square feet of industrial projects in Shakopee, including Valley Park Business Center and more recently, Cherne Industries HQ at Brickyard Exchange.  

River Valley Business Park is slated for completion in late 2023.
